Energy Café

In light of the cost of living crisis, Higgins Partnerships held an Energy Café for residents from Hayes Town Centre and Avondale Drive, in January 2023.

Our Senior Social Value Co-ordinator who is qualified in Level 3 Energy Awareness, hosted the event with one of our Resident Liaison Officers. Residents were provided with information and tips on ways that they can keep their home warm and in turn reduce their energy bills, as well as helpful support available. They were also presented with tips on how they can reduce their carbon footprint and protect our environment

Representatives from Hillingdon Council’s Welfare Department and Decant Department also attended and
gave residents advice on the new homes that will be created at Hayes Town Centre and Avondale Drive.
