Terry Mobbs, Site Administrator

Terry was born in Hackney, East London in 1993 and moved to Hayes Town in 1997 with his mum and brother. Since then he has been a resident of Hillingdon. He completed his GCSE’s and BTEC’s at Mellow Lane School and is now doing a Business Admin Apprenticeship through Evolve Apprentices.
Terry heard about Higgins Partnerships through Hillingdon Council’s website and during his interview, he gained a clearer understanding about the Hayes Town Centre and Avondale Drive projects and Higgins Partnerships.
On Site:

Terry’s communication and IT skills have improved since he joined Higgins Partnerships. As part of his day-to-day role, he has to communicate efficiently and effectively between various different departments while also navigating through a range of IT systems. Terry has also been improving his problem solving, organisation, and time management skills and he enjoys the different challenges he has to overcome each day while working on site and being a part of Higgins Partnerships.
Future Goals:
Terry is looking forward to successfully completing his apprenticeship and he is open to exploring and improving his current skills within his role. Terry is hoping to have a long and prosperous career with Higgins Partnerships and has hopes of progressing within the company.
