Resident Viewing Day Avondale Drive

Higgins Partnerships hosted a Resident Viewing Day at the Avondale Drive Development, welcoming 12 residents to view their new homes ahead of the handover.

The viewing provided residents with an opportunity to ask questions, raise concerns and become familiar with their new homes, building their confidence and excitement.

This engagement strengthened relationships between residents and the project team and supported a smooth transition for residents into their new homes.
