Vardini, Technical Design Trainee

Vardini was born in India and completed a Diploma and a Bachelor of Architecture. Vardini has over 8 years’ experience in Architecture which she gained in India. She
studied her Diploma in Architecture at Dr Dharamshala Government Polytechnic College in India and completed her Bachelor of Architecture at The Indian Institute of
Architects in Mumbai.

Vardini has a creative mind and a good eye for design and this is her inspiration behind pursuing a path to become an Architect. Vardini heard about Higgins Partnerships
through their apprenticeship provider, Evolve Apprentices and LinkedIn.

On Site:
Vardini is learning about many technical drawing issues and how the drawings are produced. She is working with the Technical Design team and is learning everyday design solutions with drawings. Vardini is also gaining knowledge on the project and is beginning to understand the project path, pre-existing, structures and design. Vardini is
enjoying the opportunity to learn about a live project and the systematic process of Higgins Partnerships’ procedures is valuable experience for her.

Future Goals:
Vardini is looking forward to learning and developing new skills whilst in her role and will look forward to progressing towards an apprenticeship with Evolve in the future. She is hoping to grow with company and move into the role of Technical Design. Vardini is hoping to have a long and prosperous career with Higgins Partnerships.
