Gemma, Resident Liaison Officer

Gemma is a mother of three children and a resident of Hillingdon. She completed a Level 2 in Hairdressing at Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge College (HRUC) at the Hayes Campus in 2022 which has been valuable for her and also useful whilst being
a proud parent.

Gemma heard about Higgins Partnerships through Hillingdon Council and learnt about a Resident Liaison Officer role that Higgins Partnerships were advertising when she met the company at a Meet the Developer Community Fun Day event, in October 2022 which Higgins Partnerships and Hillingdon Council held in the local community.

Gemma has learnt how to adapt to a completely new environment and her communication skills have improved, due to attending meetings and liaising with
residents within her local Hillingdon neighbourhood.

Gemma attends a lot of resident meetings and organises community activities whilst supporting the Hayes Town Centre and Avondale Drive project teams with keeping
residents informed about the projects. She enjoys living locally to both sites and working in the borough of Hillingdon. In 2023, Higgins Partnerships were delighted to present Gemma with a Value Award for the value, ‘Committed,’ to recognise her hard work and
accomplishments.

Future Goals: Gemma wishes to increase her professional knowledge and training and to have a long prosperous career with Higgins Partnerships.
